Morning Breaks over Vivian Park, original watercolor
Vivian Park is the gateway to the south fork of Provo canyon, and a great starting point to a myriad of adventures (most frequently fly-fishing.) I love the way the light pours gently into this valley in the early morning. I started with a value study so I could capture the sunlight just right, with the cliffs on the right still in deep shadow. This is such a peaceful setting. The river is more like a lake here--cool, quiet, reflective, barely moving. 12 x 16, original watercolor. Comes unframed, unmatted, in a protective sleeve.
